Are the colours reproduced faithfully on the internet page?
Colours are reproduced differently on screens depending on the make, so there can always be slight colour variations from the original. We do our utmost to reproduce the colour as close as possible to the original on a broad basis, but differences cannot always be avoided.

How do I find the right size for me?
When you are looking for articles to fit you in a category, use the size filter in the left navigation of the Online Shop. Then all the articles are shown in the size you are looking for. On the article detail page you also have the possibility of obtaining help in choosing the right size via the link "size chart".
How can I order articles which I can’t find in the Online Shop?
There can be different reasons why articles from our catalogues are not available in the internet.

There are no additional costs when an order is placed.
Can the articles be delivered outside the UK?
No, unfortunately orders cannot be delivered outside of the UK.

What do I do if the wrong items have been sent or part of my order is missing?
If something is missing from your order, please check your delivery note. All the items which should have been delivered are listed there. If any items are missing you will find the information that parts of the order will be sent at a later date. If this information is missing or you have received the wrong items please contact us by E-Mail at: customerservices@elegance.co.uk or by phone on: 0844 557 5507. We will try to remedy the error as soon as possible.

How are the items despatched?
You will be allocated an order number on acceptance of your order by us. We aim to despatch your goods as soon as we can, usually within 14 days of receipt of your payment. Please allow slightly longer for delivery to avoid disappointment. Availability is guaranteed only while stocks last. Any day or period for delivery is indicative only. Any product not available at the time of your order will be sent to you as soon as possible when received from our suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers, or any other third party.
Can the items also be sent to a different delivery address?
Please let us know an address where it is most convenient for you to take delivery. Elégance gives you the option to specify a delivery address. This is particularly useful if professional commitments, for example, mean you are rarely at home. Simply enter your preferred address on the order form.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the availability of the individual items.
If an item is immediately available, it will be delivered within 3-5 days. Any item not in stock will be sent to you as soon as it is available. You will be informed by post when the item is due to be delivered.
If the availability is “sold out”, the item or the size is sold out and cannot be delivered.
How much is postage and packing?
Postage and packing charges per order will be added, as follows:

Promotion codes
How can a promotion code be redeemed?
Select the desired items in the Online Shop and place them in the shopping bag. In the shopping bag, i.e. in the list of items you have selected, enter the action or voucher code in the space provided “promotion code”. Then click on "VERIFY". Your voucher will appear in the list of items. The value of the voucher is automatically subtracted from the total amount.
Can several promotion code be redeemed in combination?
No, only one promotion code can be redeemed per order.
